Immersion Period (1st–60th day): β‚Ή8,000 – β‚Ή15,000
3rd–24th month: β‚Ή10,000 – β‚Ή25,000 + EPF + incentive bonus + commission on profit margin
(based on skill, immersion performance, attitude, and devotion).
25th–60th month: β‚Ή21,000 – β‚Ή40,000 + EPF + one-time two-wheeler benefit + incentive bonus +
commission on profit margin.
61 months and further: β‚Ή50,000 – β‚Ή1,00,000 + EPF + share in the company + one-time four
wheeler benefit + incentive bonus + commission on profit margin.
